Led the Design and Development teams at Breazy. Focused on building out new verticals in CBD and Green as well as scaling the marketplace and improving the overall service design.
Led the Design team at Tradesy. Focused on making a bigger impact via the efforts of the entire Design team. Provided an environment in which the team could give honest feedback and produce their best work.
Worked on building scalable design systems. Helped guide the creation of the internal Design Process. Led the redesign of Self Service and Checkout Flows that made clear impacts and achieved their design goals.
Managed the workflow of the internal design team and agencies including Moment, Frog, and Blue State Digital.
