Leading the nascent Design and Development teams at Breazy. Focused on building out new verticals in CBD and Green as well scaling the marketplace and improving the overall service design.
Led the Design team at Tradesy. Focused on making a bigger impact via the efforts of the entire Design team. Provided an environment in which the team could give honest feedback and produce their best work.
I worked on building scalable design systems. I'm a process junkie, so I was able to help guide the creation of our internal Design Process. I also worked on large projects including leading the redesign of our Self Service and Checkout Flows that made clear impacts and achieved their design goals.
I managed the workflow of our internal design team + agencies we were engaged with. I fell in love with Design in this role. I worked with amazing designers, both on our internal team and from the amazing agencies including Moment, Frog, Blue State Dig ital. I led and managed people who made things, without having ever been a maker myself. I decided to enroll in a coding bootcamp.
