After a couple of years as a Business Analyst, I started as a Product Manager. I then led the internal group Labs team, creating several prototypes with a team of four developers. I was then tapped to be our internal Product Design Manager, managing the product design work from some great agenices like Moment and Frog Design to deliver a responsive redesign and financial management tools.

Amex's goal was to appeal to a new demographic and create a white-labeled banking alternative with products like Serve and partnering with Walmart to create Bluebird.
